Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is an Original & Ancient style of Yoga that focuses on your connection to your Self, to your Soul and to the Universe, the Divine.
Although it is a very physical practice, the physical exercises are designed to prepare the mind for deep and transcendental meditation. The Kriyas (sets of exercises) work to release physical blocks, energetic blocks & emotions as well as realigning the chakra system. Throughout the practice you are completely resetting the nervous and glandular systems which detoxes the body & puts you in a beautiful state of relaxation, it's utterly Blissful!
The Magic of Kundalini is the speed at which it works, you can practice a 3 minute breath exercise and have a transformational experience. We are in a very unique time where we need results fast, we expect results fast & it was said that what you achieve in Hatha Yoga in 22 Years you can achieve in kundalini Yoga in 3 Months.
The Kundalini energy resides at the base of the spine & lies dormant for a lot of people for most of or all of their lives, in practicing Kundalini Yoga you are encouraging the energy to rise up the spine, it uncoils itself towards the crown of the head and brings with it intuition, clarity, sensitivity, a deep awareness of yourself & everything around you including your thoughts and other peoples energy. You begin to experience life on a higher frequency.
I found when I began Kundalini Yoga everything in my life began to shift, things that were no longer serving me fell away, my 'right' path became smooth & very clear to me, I began to transform & the universe opened up for me.
