I'm Charlene, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sound Healing Therapist and founder of House of Kundalini.

My aim is to provide a place for people to come together, a place for people to heal, to connect with each other and rediscover themselves, their JOY, innate POWER and purpose here.

I offer beautiful retreats within the UK & Europe in luxurious and peaceful locations, theses are immensely powerful, to immerse in the healing and to rest, to TRANSFORM and awaken your life-force energy!

I teach with a passion for Kundalini, a deep love of music & its healing magic and a joy for the Magic of coming together and digging deep. I also teach with a good sense of humour!
