A 2 hour Kundalini Yoga workshop for this Sagittarius Full Moon

Sagittarius brings us a real opportunity for expansion and big release!

We'll work with Kundalini Yoga exercises to release all that is in our way, physical and emotional release to fully clear. We will go deep in Meditation to really expand ourselves and experience our most exalted self & we'll finish on a beautiful mantra to realize our power and untether ourselves from what holds us back.
