Transformational Breathwork event with Chris Cos.

While Chris travels to the UK from Ibiza for this one off event, we will host a breath workshop here at House of Kundalini. I have experieneced Chris's breath workshops in Ibiza and while he has been a guest facilitator on my european retreats, for me, I have found him to be the best. Understated, poetic and very deep. Chris holds a space masterfully. With ease, with humour, and with experiential and fully integrated knowledge.

And his taste in music is excellent! Which of course, is a must ;)
