Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Transformational Breathwork Retreat in the luxury of Anthology Farm, The Cotswolds.

I invite you to share an immersive 4 nights of Self exploration & Soul discovery

Storiesandstills-5.jpg

This retreat is really about reconnection & returning to the Self, resetting the system away from fear, anger, irritability, exhaustion & stress

Burnout, overwhelm, anxiety & disease are so commonplace in this time we find ourselves living in.

It's vital that we prioritise time to simply relax, to let go of time, restrict the input overload & give ourselves the opportunity to reflect on what brings us joy, to remember the Self &

AWAKE your SOUL

In this space we begin to heal, we begin to release & start returning to a feeling of lightness, of reconnection.

We can rediscover that magical feeling of life and the pure radiance of the Soul can return

Expect deep Kundalini Yoga experiences, long Gong baths, beautiful Meditations, soothing Breathwork, lots of good music & long deep relaxations. These all work on soothing the nervous system, washing away stress, creating a resurgence of serotonin & oxytocin so you can utterly shift your state from one of fear and negativity to one of pure love & connection

Through opening up the Chakras to allow energy to flood through your entire system, quieting the mind and grounding the physical body we will work on stepping back into our essence & healing on an emotional, physical & spiritual level

This retreat will be a journey of reconnection and transformational self healing

There will be plenty of time to integrate & rest, afternoons can be spent walking through the endless private woodlands, swimming in the indoor heated pool or catching up on sleep. You can book in for one of the beautiful healing treatments that will be on offer or take a long soak in the bath with a book

We are set for a truly magical, deeply healing and transformational weekend,

I cannot wait to experience it with you!!

Storiesandstills-72.jpg

Our in house chef for the weekend, Gemma Taylor, Founder of That Vegan Chef, has designed a mouth watering menu to run alongside & enhance our healing weekend.

Feeding the soul with nutritious, cleansing and ultimately delicious meals to help you feel rejuventated inside and out.

Food is extremely important to me, I love to eat :) and the experience around food is a very big part of my retreats.

There is always an abundance of nourishing food & it is very carefully considered and varied.. from pancakes at breakfast to chocolate for dessert, there'll be no rabbit food around here.

Gemma is a very well known retreat chef and is back by very popular demand, her food is simply mind blowing.

Healing comes from within

physical, emotional & spiritual healing can be ours when we remember how to connect to ourselves, when we learn to self balance,

when we prioritise time to ourselves to process, feel, breathe & rest

Testimonials

This December’s retreat was my second one with Charlene. I didn’t think it could get any better than last year’s, but I was wrong, and again I have already signed up for next year.

It’s genuinely hard to describe in words what happens to you in those few days, but it really feels like a re-emergence afterwards with so much joy, love, gratitude and peace in my heart. I don’t say that lightly, as I pretty much never feel peaceful, maybe for the hour of Charlene’s classes, but this is different.

Days of being fed incredible nourishing foods, sleeping in cosy but luxurious rooms, walking in beautiful Cotswold countryside, stretching, dancing, meditating and breathing all to a carefully curated soundtrack of heavenly music.

It is by far the most important thing I do for myself now each year, a proper reset. My family know and see how it helps me be a calmer human, wife and mother, I am so grateful to Charlene for making the time, space and effort for these to happen.

Kathryn

Where to begin...I've been to many retreats before, but this one topped them all for luxury. Both for accommodation and food. The chef was out of this world. How she managed to make gluten free and dairy free deserts as she did is beyond me.

The location is the perfect setting for deep healing and relaxation. I could tell Charlene put a lot of thought and preparation into planning each practice. Encouraging us to go deeper and deeper each day.

I am so grateful to myself for taking the step to put my name down, even when I was unsure how I would pay for it. The experience I got out of it was worth every penny and more.

I left feeling nourished, recharged and ready to step back into the world as a new version of myself.

The retreat gave me the space to review my life and what changes could be made to live a happier and more fulfilled life.

Charlene curates the most wonderful journey of a retreat. Firstly the luxury and comfort of the venues envelop you in a warm hug. The yoga and workshops then build gently to a heart opening crescendo that leaves you feeling lighter and freer and closer to the real you.

The opportunity to be with like minded people, have your own space, connect with nature, or a mixture of all of them, whilst going on a personal journey of discovery is not be missed.  They are my annual self care treat.

A magical retreat run by a magical teacher …Charlene’s kundalini retreats are powerfully beautiful. her intuition of what you are seeking , feeling , needing is what really makes It for me….It’s a very special space that she creates , and I feel very lucky to have been able to experience on two occasions.
