We're inviting in the light here on this Transformational Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Retreat held in the Ancient land of The Lake District.
This will be 5 days of returning to Joy and reconnecting to the Magic of Life

We're rediscovering the light within us, our vitality and our radiance.
The only way out is IN.
We are learning more and more now to look within ourselves for the light, for the balance, for the strength and for the wisdom, we won't find this outside of ourselves.
This beautiful & deeply immersive 5 days will really focus on returning you to your Joy within, reigniting your spark and feeling the fire rise once again inside of you.
Whether it's a higher purpose you're searching for, a boost in your health and energy levels or a sense of connection to something deeper, the answer is always to journey within, to rest and to recuperate, to nourish the self.
We can become so busy in life and often not prioritise time to ourselves, time to retreat from people, technology and responsibility.. time to just be & time to reconnect with our true selves.
Through daily Kundalini Yoga, delicious nourishing meals and time to go deep into healing we will be rejuvenating the Self, returning to that radiance & allowing yourself the space to bask in the magical feeling of LIFE.
We work through the different chakras of the body clearing and cleansing any built up, stagnant energy & emotions, the healing foods will enhance this process, we will be paving and clearing the way for massive amounts of healing and light to move through the body, lots of deeply relaxing gong baths and music to reinvigorate!
There will be lots of time... time to rest, to deeply relax, to sleep, to walk through nature, to talk, to laugh & to socialise over delicious meals and to explore the stunning area filled with raw, natural beauty.

Our in house chef for the weekend has designed a beautiful menu for us focused around digestion, vitality & colour to really
enhance our healing weekend.
Really raising our vibration with nutritious, cleansing and ultimately delicious meals to feed the Soul, revitalise and boost energy.
Skyline
Situated along a sweeping driveway, tucked away flaunting peaceful seclusion and 180 degree views across the valley to the fells. With a traditional Lakeland stone façade, sleek contemporary interiors and tennis court along with 11 private acres of fields and secret woodland to explore, this is the ultimate environment for retreating.
For Yoga we have the option of open plan, contemporary spaces indoors with the glow of the wood burning stove, a large patio area perfect for Yoga & workshops in the sunshine or we can choose from many of the spaces in the private woodlands.
Marble staircase and a Steinway piano are lovely features of this beautiful house, as well as a gorgeous Master suite with 3 glass walls offering stunning views of the grounds and valleys.
The rooms are flooded with light and glass, unique stone feature walls, vaulted ceilings, luxurious bathrooms and cloud like beds.
